OUR MISSION at Caldwell Legal Recruiting Consultants
is to find the ideal match between attorneys and business enterprises
or law firms pursuing the protection of intellectual property (IP).
Unlike other legal recruiting firms, our focus is the field of IP law.
There are limited numbers of registered patent attorneys
in the U.S., and many are extremely specialized in their particular
areas of expertise. It's our job to get to know IP attorneys, their
skills, their ambitions—traits that are critical to achieving that
ideal match between lawyer and opportunity.
While Caldwell Legal Recruiting Consultants is especially active in the high-tech arena, we operate in all areas where intellectual property is an issue. Our clients
range from the very small to Fortune 500 corporations and the largest
law firms. Our individual clients cover a similar spectrum as we place
them at all levels: in-house opportunities range from junior attorneys
to chief patent counsel; law firm opportunities include associate,
of-counsel, and partner-level positions.
We also represent general practice firms interested in acquiring an intellectual property practice and IP groups looking to merge into a larger firm.
